How Clarity Circle Works

Clarity Circle is built around three simple ideas.

1

Check In

Take a moment each day to check in with yourself.

You can record how you are feeling and reflect on your current emotional state. Regular check-ins can help you notice changes in your wellbeing over time.

2

Build Your Circle

Choose people you trust to be part of your Circle.

Your Circle can include friends, family members, partners, or other people you feel comfortable reaching out to when you need support.

You decide who belongs in your Circle.

3

Create Your Support Plan

Before difficult moments happen, you can create a plan for what support looks like for you.

Your Support Plan can include messages, actions, and reminders that you have chosen ahead of time. This can make it easier for your Circle to know how to support you when you are having a difficult day.

Why Clarity Circle?

Sometimes the hardest part of asking for help is knowing how to ask.

When we are overwhelmed, finding the right words, remembering who to contact, or figuring out what would actually help can feel like too much.

For someone who lives alone, works from home, or is retired, there may be fewer opportunities for regular face-to-face contact with other people. A person can go through an entire day without anyone noticing that something may be wrong.

For some people, that can create a quiet but very real anxiety: If something happened to me, how long would it take for someone to know?

Clarity Circle is designed to help reduce some of that anxiety. By making regular check-ins part of your routine, your support team can have another way of knowing when you may need someone to reach out.

If you do not check in within the expected timeframe, your designated support team can be notified so they can check on you. Clarity Circle is designed around a check-in window of approximately 24 to 32 hours, depending on the settings and support plan you choose.

The goal is not to monitor you. It is to create an additional layer of connection and reassurance, especially for people who may spend a lot of time alone.

Clarity Circle helps you prepare for difficult moments when you are feeling well, so that your support system is easier to access when you need it.

It is about creating connection before a crisis happens.

Your Support, Your Choices

Clarity Circle is designed to give you control over your support.

You choose your Circle.

You create your Support Plans.

You decide what information you want to share.

You can update your plans as your needs change.

The goal is not to take away your independence. The goal is to make reaching out a little easier when you need someone beside you.

Small Check-Ins Can Make a Difference

You don't have to wait until things become overwhelming to connect with the people who care about you.

A daily check-in can be a small moment of awareness:

How am I doing today?

What do I need?

Who can support me?

Sometimes, simply noticing where you are can be the first step toward getting the support you need.

Clarity Circle Is Here to Support Connection

Mental wellness is not something we have to navigate alone.

Clarity Circle was created to help make support more intentional, more accessible, and easier to reach.

Because sometimes you need more than clarity.
Sometimes you need your circle.

Clarity Circle
Check in. Stay connected. Support each other.
